TBS Crossfire 8 Channel Diversity Receiver

The TBS CrossFire 8 Channel Diversity Receiver is a compact radio control receiver with 8 PWM outputs (PPM, SBUS and CRSF capable). The Team BlackSheep CrossFire 8 Channel Diversity Receiver has the best noise rejection and record breaking range capabilities. It is the only receiver to provide true dual-input stage, chip based diversity, with the usual filtering and noise rejection from on-board video systems.

If you have ever lost a plane or racing drone quad you will know that they are not the easiest thing to find. The TBS CrossFire 8 Channel Diversity Receiver has a beacon mode, which means that you can reduce the time taken to find a lost craft to moments not hours. The TBS CrossFire 8 Channel Diversity Receiver comes with a built-in LiPo battery that will keep the receiver running for a full day after all onboard electronics have stopped being powered from the main flight pack. If a compatible GPS unit is connected it will send the GPS coordinates back to your TBS Crossfire Tx and if no GPS is connected it will continue to transmit beacon signals that will allow you to pinpoint the location of your model. 

The BlackSheep BST is the BlackSheepTelemetry port, this allows for the TBS CROSSFIRE to communicate with any compatible device, for example, the Eagle Tree Vector which will display the RSSI, link quality on the OSD as well as Telemetry data back to the Crossfire. Through CRSF the telemetry gets sent to the ground, where it can be captured by any bluetooth smart device. Software updates will get automatically spread across the entire ecosystem, through a single entry point (Such as the Crossfire TX). It’s just user-friendly and safer that way! The TBS CrossFire 8 Channel Diversity Receiver features the FLARM Air Traffic Radar, the FLARM is a traffic awareness and collision avoidance technology for General Aviation, light aircraft, and UAVs. The TBS Crossfire Diversity RX’s will be able to broadcast on the FLARM network for free, receiving drone and general aviation traffic information on your OSD requires additional licenses. Paired with the CORE PRO or FPVision and TBS GPS, you can get a virtual radar showing other FLARM devices around you (~3km range). This allows safe navigation in crowded airspace, or nailbiting proximity formation flights with your buddies! Fullscale aviation will be alerted if your drone is on a collision course with them, and vice versa.
