Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, undamaged packaging with all included accessories
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Returned within 15 days of delivery
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- LiPo Batteries (due to hazardous materials regulations)
- Opened FPV Video Transmitters and Receivers (due to frequency calibration requirements)
- Custom-configured Flight Controllers (specifically programmed for your build)
Return Process
Follow these steps with the precision of an FPV racer navigating a tight course:
- Initiate Your Return: Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Package Securely: Repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. - Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, our quality team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once your return is approved:
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after inspection approval
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Exchange items will be shipped via your original shipping method once the return is processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For international returns, any customs fees or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Items
