The ImmersionRC Vortex 150 Mini follows in the footsteps of the very popular Vortex 285 and Vortex 250 Pro racing drones. The Vortex 150 Mini drone racer delivers the same class leading features, fully integrated flight controller, full-graphic OSD, BlackBox recorder, 40-channel video transmitter and a dampened flight camera in a smaller package. The ImmersionRC Vortex 150 Mini is less than 250 grams, this makes it ideal to use in much smaller spaces opening up new FPV adventures!

There are many mini racing quads in the market, however, not many mini-quads out there are built or fly like the Vortex 150 mini racer, the use of cutting edge support of seven fully integrated 32-bit ARM processors. There’s a dedicated ARM for the flight controller, another for the full-graphic OSD, another just for the programmable LED board at the back of the quad and one ARM for each of the four custom high performance ESCs. All of these features means that you will have the best possible flight experience.

The highly integrated Fusion F3 flight controller is equipped with CleanFlight firmware pre-loaded and a 32-bit processor for an out-of-the- box control feel that seems almost intuitive. Plus, the software is future-proof with supporting updates easily uploaded via the robust USB port through-hole connector.

When you need to know what the latest tune has done to the ImmersionRC Vortex Mini the Blackbox feature will come in handy, there is a 2 megabyte flash memory to record the information, this has been integrated for flight log storage. This powerful feature combines the high-speed data recording which makes tweaking PIDs a very simple operation.

Line of sight flights are assisted with a set of eight 24-bit RGB LED’s at the rear of the airframe, this LED unit is housed and protected between the upper and lower frames. You can program this LED tail light via a dedicated 32-bit ARM processor, pilots can program a colour, brake lights, turn indicators and more.

The ImmersionRC Vortex 150 Mini EU Version is identical to the International, and USA ImmersionRC Vortex 150 Mini versions, with one exception. The firmware is region-locked to prevent transmission outside of the EU ISM band. All ImmersionRC FatShark channels are still available on the ImmersionRC Vortex 150 Mini, along with 6 of the 8 RaceBand channels. The power output is limited to 25mW to meet EU RTT&E Regulations, any Vortex 150 Mini which are non EU are not legal for use in the UK & EU.
