Flite Test Bushwacker Speed Build Kit

The Flite Test Bushwacker is based on the versatile design of a Bush flyer, such as the Highlander. The Bushwacker is the great all-rounder with SSTOL (super short takeoff and land) and almost unlimited aerobatic capabilities. The over-sized wheels and high ground clearance mean this model can be flown from almost any surface. Full span ailerons can be used for better rolling capabilities or the optional flaps can be used with an additional two servos. Combined with the large frontal area of it’s design and high drag, this makes the Bushwacker a great slow flying machine for small locations.

The Bushwacker uses a short moment arm (distance between main wing and tail) and generously sized control surfaces much like a 3D airplane which make it highly maneuverable and aerobatic. Stall turns, flat spins, knife-edge and prop-hanging are all possible giving the pilot a great range of flying styles to experience. The low wing loading makes this aircraft very docile and good for inexperienced pilots on low-rates, right up to highly experienced pilots who want to improve their low-slow flying skills. This aircraft particularly excels at high-alpha landing approaches!
